Solar PV Plant on the Islet of Kokota in Pemba Island

PROJECT

80.1kWp solar PV Plant on the islet of Kokota in Pemba Island. In addition to this PEL installed 159KWh Battery Storage, PV inverters and MPPT charge controllers as AC-DC coupled systems.

The system at full utilization capacity is anticipated to generate approx. 300kWh daily energy yield for the residents of Kokota, the population estimated to be more than 800 people (89 households).
