Solar energy is natural energy from SUN. Solar water heating system consists of collector and storage tank and these systems can either be direct system or indirect system. Photovoltaic on the other hands is simply conversion of sunlight into electricity. Solar modules works by allowing Photons (particles of light) to knock electron free from atom which in turns generate a flow of electricity. The generated electricity is direct current electricity which can be utilized to charge the batteries using charge controllers.
